Aaron from Pflugerville had it listed on Craig's List. He said I could use his photos and words, so here they are:
"What a classic beauty! How you can go wrong with red and chrome? .........I upgraded the crankset to a nice Sugino model with alloy arms and replaceable chainrings. ....... By the way, Mixte frames are not female specific. They are unisex, so guys don't have to give up their man card just to ride this. It is built for shorter peeps, in the 5'0" to 5'3" range.
Currently, this is set up as a nice commuter type bike with upright handlebars and a comfy springer saddle (not too wide). These "north road" handlebars can also be flipped over for a racier stance. Simply doing that would turn this bike into a neat cafe style ride. The wheels are 27x1-1/4 which make for a quick bike, but have enough volume to soak up potholes or rough pavement without too much of a complaint. ................. Check out the red cable housing! RED!
It has a Suntour 10 speed drivetrain with stem mounted shifters. The brakes are alloy road calipers and are quite effective at slowing things down. Both wheels and seatpost are bolted.
